It consists of a series of thematic pods built inside one of the Rolex Learning Centre "bubbles" devised by Japanese architects SANAA. The execution is done in collaboration with NOR architectes from Lausanne and completion is expected for February 2010.

The announcing ceremony took place on 4th October 2009 during the Experimenta Design 09 festival. The awarded projects will be exhibited in the EXD09 hall in Lisbon between 4th-9th October 2009.
