The jury of the GALP cycling and pedestrian bridge competition in Lisbon, lead by Amanda Levete, gave kawamura-ganjavian a first honorable mention for the entry "bridging parks". The announcing ceremony took place on 4th October 2009 during the Experimenta Design 09 festival. The awarded projects will be exhibited in the EXD09 hall in Lisbon between 4th-9th October 2009.
