The annual public art programme Madrid Abierto requires an information beacon that advertises the artistic interventions in the centre of the city. The strategy we conceive is double: active and passive.
A mobile green house meanders around different hot spots in the city distributing graphic information and giving indications about the art pieces and the artists.
We distribute thousands of plastic bags with printed information amongst the network of hundreds of “Chinese” shops (corner shops in central Madrid). These bags are used in the conventional way, dispersing the information in unpredictable manners.
